Every training program we conduct has a built in action learning project. To support the participants in their action project we offer state of the art performance support. Each month participants individually or in small groups attend a virtual coaching and mentoring session with the facilitator. On the call the participants reflect, self assess, get feedback and plan future action. The calls are conducted once a month for a period of 3 to 6 months. It is a cost effective way to maximize the learning investment and measure the ROI on the project.
