Our principal consultant Sanyog Jain’s is a second generation educator and he has more than 25 years of international experience. Twenty of those years were with two of the largest well known global companies. He has successfully operated in different phases of business and economic cycles. As a senior corporate executive he has held frontline-to-leadership roles across functions- Sales, T&D, Centre of Excellence, and Distribution Marketing. He was also the Regional Training Director of the Asia Pacific Region. Sanyog has first- hand experience of turning-around business situations, setting up large scale operations and executing change projects.
Sanyog is a life-long learner; some of his academic and professional achievements include: credentialed coach with ICF, AMP certificate from IIMB, Masters in International Management from Thunderbird US and MBA from University of Rajasthan. Additionally he has undergone coach training from 3 different schools; received certification in Emotional Intelligence and DISC from Thomas International. He is also trained on Measuring ROI on Coaching. Sanyog has won several company awards and is a recipient of National Management Award from GAMA.
